These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the software product "React Architect" ("Product") developed and provided by cileria UG ("Provider"). By signing up, downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Product, you ("User") agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Product.
- Account Registration and Subscription Membership
1. The User may sign up for a free account at reactarchitect.ai. 2. To become a subscription member and download the "React Architect" client software, the User must upgrade their account to a subscription membership.
- Software Usage and Liability
1. "React Architect" is tested and professionally developed to enhance the User's React development process. 2. In any case, if "React Architect" causes harm to the User's computer or software, cileria UG will not be liable for any damage that "React Architect" may cause.
- API Key
1. To use "React Architect," the User must obtain a unique API key from the Provider. The API key can be obtained by becoming a subscription member.
- Subscription Membership and Payment
1. The subscription membership for "React Architect" requires a monthly subscription fee between $1.99 to $4.99, billed using a subscription model.
- Data Upload and Machine Learning
1. "React Architect" uploads the User's local source code to the "React Architect Code Repository" for code analysis and machine learning purposes. 2. cileria UG will use the User's code for internal machine learning purposes only and will not use it for any other purposes.
- User Rights and Actions
1. The User has the right to download the "React Architect" client software upon becoming a subscription member. 2. The User may quit their Stripe subscription monthly, following the cancellation procedure provided by the Provider. 3. The User may change their personal data and password through their account settings. 4. The User has the right to delete their account and associated data from the platform.
- User Responsibilities
1. The User is responsible for the content of the code uploaded to "React Architect" and the consequences of using the Product. 2. The User shall not upload any code that violates copyright, intellectual property rights, or any applicable laws or regulations. 3. The User shall use "React Architect" only for lawful purposes and not engage in any unauthorized or harmful activities.
- Intellectual Property
1. The Product and any associated documentation are protected by intellectual property laws and international copyright treaties. 2. The User retains ownership of their uploaded code. However, the Provider may use, analyze, and store the User's code for machine learning and improvement of the Product.
- Termination and Account Deletion
1. The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the Product at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. 2. The User may delete their account and all associated data from reactarchitect.ai at any time.
- Changes to the Agreement
1. The Provider may modify or update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Provider's website, and continued use of the Product after such changes shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction
1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 2. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].
- Entire Agreement
1. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Provider concerning the Product and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
